Electrical Superintendent Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at Marble Mining. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and servicing of plant and equipment, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within budget.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of experienced electricians to ensure project planning aligns with business objectives
  • Oversee project implementation, monitoring, and reporting to ensure completion on time and within budget
  • Supervise the installation, repair, and servicing of plant and equipment, monitoring workloads and maintaining flexibility to provide responsive service in a dynamic environment
  • Identify and promote continuous improvement, ensuring work is completed satisfactorily to minimize rework and faults
  • Manage rosters to ensure adequate coverage for operations and scheduled shutdowns, while assisting with budgeting requirements
