About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer with experience in large-scale projects, particularly in water/wastewater treatment plants. The successful candidate will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for supporting and managing project supervisory and engineering staff to ensure project delivery in accordance with quality, time, production, safety, and environmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programming of projects to ensure timely completion
  • Administration of contracts, including claims, variations, valuation, and cost reviews
  • Compilation of reports and notifications to stakeholders
  • Liaising with multiple disciplinary teams, project managers, clients, superintendents, and consultants

Requirements

  • Project engineering experience working for reputable contractors
  • Thorough knowledge of drawings, specifications, and quality, OH&S, and environmental requirements
  • Experience in pre-contracts and water/wastewater projects
  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
