About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant to join our Dispute Resolution team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to our partner and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all administrative aspects of client files, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  2. Coordinate meetings and appointments, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills.
  3. Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including manual and electronic filing.
  4. Assist with matter management, including opening and closing files, and drafting correspondence and legal documents.
  5. Contribute to the preparation of monthly billing and ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a legal assistant, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  3. Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach.
  4. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Proficiency in IT systems and software, with a strong understanding of technical skills.
