We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our team at Kaleidoscope Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our Dispute Resolution team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and assisting with a wide range of matters.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our lawyers, including managing files, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence and legal documents.
- Matter Management: Assist with the management of client files, including opening and closing files, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Diary Management: Coordinate meetings and appointments, and ensure that our lawyers are well-prepared for court appearances and other important events.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and provide excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience: Up to date experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and protocols.
- Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work autonomously and show initiative, great organisational and prioritisation abilities, and IT savvy with good technical skills.
- Education: Law graduates will not be considered for this role.
