Security Operations Supervisor

MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Supervisor to oversee daily control room operations and incident management at Monash University Clayton.
This role involves monitoring surveillance systems, compiling reports, and ensuring compliance with site policies. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of various CCTV, access control systems and investigation report writing.
The role has a rotating 12 hour roster across 7 days and offers a competitive salary package, including a pay rate of $28.89 + super and shift penalties where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner;
- Compile accurate and detailed reports on incidents and events;
- Ensure compliance with site policies and procedures;
- Provide support and guidance to security personnel as needed;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of security strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- A Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations;
- A Security licence with control room subcategory;
- A Working with children check (or willing to obtain);
- Valid First Aid and CPR;
- Full Australian working rights.
