Job Title: Innovative Knowledge and Delivery Expert

Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative knowledge management systems to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with project teams to source initiatives and facilitate submissions process.
  • Review submissions and liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify new initiatives and adoption opportunities.
  • Maintain a target program for initiatives and report progress to senior management.
  • Continuously monitor and support knowledge capture on all projects.
  • Ensure positive client engagement through active participation in working groups.
  • Develop two-way communication between teams to facilitate a culture of knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a STEAM profession (e.g., Engineering, Technology).
  • More than 3 years' experience in Construction, Engineering or Design.
  • Proven knowledge and innovation management experience in a similar field is desirable.
  • Understanding of tier-one engineering/construction company capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders and influence change.
  • Ability to convey complex information in easily understood language.
