Job Description

As a senior education specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful education programs that drive industry knowledge and capability. You will work closely with leaders, regulators, and practitioners to drive initiatives that make a measurable difference.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the design and delivery of education strategies that reach diverse audiences across the industry
  • Applying instructional design expertise and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Championing innovation in digital education tools and platforms to reimagine how learning is delivered and accessed
  • Translating intricate processes and regulatory requirements into practical and user-friendly learning content
  • Driving measurable impact through program planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement
  • Engaging stakeholders through strong relationships and aligned education outcomes with strategic goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor's degree in education, learning and development, communications, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in education program development and delivery, ideally in compliance, regulation, or a technical sector, is also required.

Knowledge or experience within the construction industry or a related sector is advantageous. The ability to influence at every level, apply learning design expertise, lead through collaboration, execute with precision, drive clarity from complexity, deliver with impact, and apply technical insight is essential.
