Personal Care Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team.

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to elderly residents, promoting their independence and dignity. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our residents live a better-quality life.

  • Genuine commitment to the care and respect for elderly residents is essential.
  • Previous experience working in an aged care facility or other health-related role is highly desirable.

To be considered for this role, you must also possess:

  • Reliability and flexibility to work casual shift hours over a 7-day period.
  • Covid-19 and Flu Vaccinations and ongoing boosters are mandatory.
  • A National Police Clearance (no more than 2 years old) is also required.

In addition, we require:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).
  • Knowledge of compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
