As a dedicated support worker, you will provide personal care, transport, meal preparation, cleaning and social support services to enable our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality personal care and support to meet individual needs
  • Driving to and from customer visits (kilometre allowance provided)
  • Maintaining excellent communication with coordinators regarding client health and wellbeing

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • A current Australian driver's licence (P2 licence or above)
