Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Member Services team.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced inbound call centre position where you will handle up to 60 calls per day. You will work in a structured environment with set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and be expected to promote our products and services, driving first call resolution and creating meaningful member experiences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and be able to provide exceptional outcomes. You must also be flexible and positive in your approach and attitude.

This role will involve working on a rotating roster between 8:00am-7:00pm Monday to Friday, based in our Newcastle and Central Coast hubs.
