Operational Excellence Specialist Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to make a meaningful impact in operational efficiency and workforce planning. As a key influencer, you will provide valuable insights into our business and help us adapt to changing work volumes across multiple functions and business units.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing expert recommendations to increase operational efficiency while reducing costs across the organization. This includes:

  • Working with senior leaders to develop strategic scenarios for improvement in managing workforce and costs;
  • Creating advanced models to optimize processes and resource allocation;
  • Evaluating and refining workforce planning processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Ensuring short- and long-term capacity plans align with commercial objectives;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in workforce planning in a complex environment;
  • Ability to distill data for senior stakeholders and challenge the status quo;
  • Exposure to organizations undergoing change and ability to work with resistant stakeholders;
  • High level of resilience and accuracy in data interpretation;
  • Advanced knowledge of forecasting methodologies, Excel, and Power BI;
  • Prioritization and project management skills;
