We're seeking an exceptional Head of Enterprise Client Success to lead our APAC team and drive client advocacy, loyalty, and growth.

About the Role

As a key member of our APAC leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 6 Enterprise Client Success Managers, creating proactive account-based plans, and delivering strong client advocacy. You'll work closely with our Sales Leaders, Product Team, and Product Marketing to ensure we meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Client Success Managers
  • Develop and implement proactive account-based plans to drive client growth and retention
  • Deliver strong client advocacy and ensure high levels of service
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to introduce and support ways of working between CSMs and the Strategic Account Management team
  • Partner with the Product Team and Product Marketing to ensure awareness of client needs and solution requirements

Requirements
  • Strong experience in managing and leading teams within an enterprise SaaS solution
  • Proven commercial success against retention, growth, and usage targets
  • Ability to manage and influence through negotiation and consensus building
  • Strong empathy for clients and passion for delivering positive outcomes
