Job Description

Reward Gateway, a leading digital platform and global market leader in benefits and employee engagement, is seeking a highly skilled Head of Enterprise Client Success to join our APAC leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing Client Success team and drive strategic growth in the APAC region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to maximize client advocacy, loyalty, and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of 6 Enterprise Client Success Managers to create maximum client advocacy and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement proactive account-based plans to drive client growth and retention.
  • Deliver strong client advocacy through solution-focused insights and high levels of service.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Leaders to introduce and continuously support ways of working between the CSMs and the Strategic Account Management team.
  • Partner with the Product Team and Product Marketing to ensure awareness of client bases current and future solution requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong levels of experience in managing and leading teams within an enterprise SaaS solution.
  • Proven commercial success against retention, growth, and usage targets.
  • Ability to manage and influence through negotiation and consensus building.
  • Strong empathy for clients and passion for delivering positive outcomes, client growth, and exceeding expectations.

Interview Process:

  • Telephone interview with our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, APAC.
  • First-stage virtual interview with our Client Success Director, APAC and our Head of Sales or our Head of Implementation, APAC.
  • Take-home presentation task.
  • Final-stage virtual or in-person interview and presentation with our Client Success Director, APAC, Managing Director, APAC, and Sales Director, APAC.
