Job Description

Our organisation seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our operations in the Barossa Valley.

This is a full-time position requiring exceptional mechanical or electrical maintenance skills, plant reliability knowledge and record-keeping expertise.

  • Support equipment associated with packaging operations at Rowland Flat;
  • Maintain plant efficiency by troubleshooting failures and implementing corrective actions;
  • Assist in the development of best practice maintenance procedures;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement;
  • Ensure accurate records are kept and applicable standards complied with;
  • Provide guidance and training to colleagues and contractors as required.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A recognised trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Fitting;
  • At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing production environment (preferably packaging operations);
  • Good understanding of process control systems and machinery documentation;
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills;
  • Organisational and communication skills;
  • Positive attitude and professional approach;
  • Ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
