System Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a skilled System Reliability Specialist to maintain the critical infrastructure that keeps our data centers up and running.

This includes coordinating with suppliers, identifying safe versus unsafe work environments, performing various types of maintenance, responding to onsite incidents, and monitoring equipment performance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and supervising facility equipment, utilizing a computerized maintenance management system, and responding to emergency situations.

This role is part of our Cloud Operations & Innovation team, which powers our cloud services. As a System Reliability Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering core infrastructure and foundational technologies for our online services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an operations specialist in one major area of system reliability operations (e.g., electrical, mechanical, controls, generators).
  • Inspect and supervise system-related facility equipment regularly for unsafe or abnormal conditions.
  • Utilize internal CMMS to track all equipment assets and complete work order requests for maintenance work.
  • Safely and quickly respond to and lead onsite incident response teams for all abnormal conditions.
  • Enhance, develop new or follow preexisting EOPs, MOPs, and SOPs in relation to system reliability operations and incidents.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent AND 1+ year(s) mission critical services work/applied learning experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.

Security Clearance Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements are required for this role.
