Reliability Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to develop, deploy, and maintain effective maintenance plans that optimize resource utilization and enhance reliability.

This critical role supports the Maintenance Manager and Site Operations teams in improving preventative maintenance and reliability programs to minimize plant downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, providing support to Operational Support crews, higher duties trades, and technical specialists to facilitate efficient maintenance across the site.
  • Design, allocate, and implement monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance plans.
  • Provide technical and professional support for accurate maintenance data and outcomes.
  • Liaise with Purchasing and Stores to ensure timely supply of tools and parts.
  • Lead Health and Safety improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Commitment to Health, Safety & Environmental improvement.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
  • Computer literate with strong project management skills.
  • Experience using CMMS (preferably Maximo).
  • Strong MS Excel knowledge and experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Mechanical/Electrical engineering or trade qualifications preferred.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others.

Essential Requirements: Current Australia's drivers license and valid work rights in Australia. Must pass D&A Testing and Physical Assessment.
