Insurance Repair Business Growth Specialist

This pivotal role drives growth trajectory in Insurance Repair space and beyond.

  • Work closely with Directors/General Manager to identify and facilitate business opportunities for expansion.
  • Create and deliver sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.
  • Develop competitive business proposals, prepare tender processes and documentation for high-quality submissions, including negotiating contracts.
  • Foster and maintain existing client relationships to increase service offerings.
  • Research and build a prospective client list and evaluate market entry opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert for competing markets and monitor competitors' sales and services offering strategies.
  • Actively contribute to team success.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a comparable Business Development role, ideally within the Construction Industry.
  • A competitive attitude driving you to exceed KPIs and deliver above expectations.
  • Advanced presentation, sales, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
