
Drive Business Growth in Insurance Repair Sector

This pivotal role drives growth trajectory in Insurance Repair space and beyond.
- Work closely with Directors/General Manager to identify and facilitate business opportunities for expansion.
- Create and deliver sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.
- Develop competitive business proposals, prepare tender processes and documentation for high-quality submissions, including negotiating contracts.
- Foster and maintain existing client relationships to increase service offerings.
- Research and build a prospective client list and evaluate market entry opportunities.
- Become a subject matter expert for competing markets and monitor competitors' sales and services offering strategies.
- Actively contribute to team success.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years in a comparable Business Development role, ideally within the Construction Industry.
- A competitive attitude driving you to exceed KPIs and deliver above expectations.
- Advanced presentation, sales, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
