Crm Analyst Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in deploying a new CRM system for multiple business units across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of D365, to assure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the Customer Experience, Customer Service and Marketing modules.
  • Act as the primary administrator for the system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues once the system is live.
  • System onboarding of new users and offboarding users exiting the business.
  • Ensure and assure data governance and compliance across the system, and work with stakeholders to remediate on a timely basis.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimise the CRM system performance and usability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to speak confidently and deliver support to CRM system users and management.
  • Ideal working knowledge of reporting platforms like Power BI.
  • Understanding of MS D365 or other CRM functionality.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Experience in CM software implementation and support, data management, sales or customer service support would be advantageous.
  • Cybersecurity awareness.
  • Strong MS Excel skills over a large and complex data set.
