About the Role


We are currently seeking a Car Park Attendant to join our Cairns team on a rotating roster. Reporting directly to the Car Park Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of car park operations while providing excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure the efficient operation of our car parks, maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing computer literacy skills to support data entry and management
  • Collaborate with the Car Park Manager to achieve operational goals and objectives


Requirements and Qualifications



  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail environments or call centre operations
  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Eligibility to work in Australia and possession of a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the company, adapting to changing situations and priorities
