The role of Assistant Director, Engagement and Design is to lead the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives through stakeholder-centric engagement.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing and delivering high-quality education and engagement across the scheme, collaborating with stakeholders to increase the quality, effectiveness and impact of education and engagement, and leading the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives through stakeholder-centric engagement that is well coordinated, collaborative and effective.

Strategic and operational focus on stakeholder engagement planning, activities and events is required, as well as identifying and sustaining stakeholder relationships and utilising data and evidence to develop, monitor and evaluate outcomes.

Agile and collaborative working style is essential, with the ability to rapidly respond and adapt to changing conditions and broader business needs.
