Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills, excellent writing abilities, and experience in secretariat work. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Department's communications area to develop content for public release and monitor stakeholder activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Support stakeholder engagement by the Advisory Group, including First Nations communities and organisations
- Create materials to enhance stakeholder engagement and increase awareness of the Advisory Group's work
- Work closely with the Department's communications area to produce content for public release (e.g. web content, social media)
- Monitor and report on stakeholder activities and outcomes
- Assist in the coordination of stakeholder activities and provide administrative support to the Advisory Group
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with experience in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, strong writing skills, and experience in secretariat work or a willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate will be open to regular travel, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.
