Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to develop and implement engagement plans and initiatives with community, referring agencies, and other stakeholders to promote Government Services programs and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A degree qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Familiarity with business environments in the education sector
- Sound business acumen, balanced by creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with others
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
- High level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in a multi-cultural environment
Desirable Qualifications:
- An endorsed qualification in professional career development or membership of a Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) Member Association
- Previous experience in business development of government contracted education services
- Knowledge and experience of marketing, including promotion, advertising, digital marketing, branding, building media presence, and public relations
