Cancer Specialist Pharmacist

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for pharmacists to specialise in oncology and haematology.
The Clinical Pharmacist position involves working with patients undergoing treatment, providing education and confirming medication histories, reviewing pathology and medical notes as needed, verifying and advising on anticancer treatment dosing, monitoring outcomes and toxicity.
The role also includes supporting patients and community pharmacists throughout the treatment journey, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of medical oncologists, haematologists, nursing staff, allied health professionals, and community pharmacists.
