Cancer Care Specialist Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist Grade 2 to support high-quality patient care in our innovative clinical pharmacy practice.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to acquire a comprehensive understanding of ambulatory and ward-based cancer pharmacy services, as well as cleanroom operations.
- Assess and provide appropriate drug therapy advice for individual patients.
- Maintain accurate patient and dispensing records.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, regulations, policies, and quality standards.
This role is an excellent opportunity to develop specialty practice in oncology pharmacy services and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on drug therapy to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and dispensing records.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organisation and prioritisation abilities. Previous experience in oncology pharmacy practice is highly desirable.
