We are looking for enthusiastic customer care professionals to join our team based in Melbourne, Australia.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist account managers and national strategic accounts managers with customer quotes and product information.
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes.
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions.
To be successful, you will have:
- Able to work Monday to Friday, between the hours 7:30am to 5:30pm.
- Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and manage conflicting priorities.
