Job Title: Building Services Leader

The ideal candidate will be part of an exciting period of growth, where they can contribute significantly to the community.

  • Assist in building certification for the local area.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assess and manage construction certificates, complying development certificates, and Occupation Certificates, with a focus on principal certification services.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has and maintains accreditation as a Building Surveyor – Restricted (all classes of building) or higher, in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Demonstrates expertise in applying certification standards and legislation, including the National Construction Code, Local Government Act, Swimming Pools Act, and NSW Environmental Planning legislation.
  • Can demonstrate proven commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, with strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Has advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to mentor and support team members.
