Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Account Manager to support our National Account Manager in delivering exceptional service and execution across key retail accounts.

This role offers a dynamic work environment with variety, including sales support, analysis, and customer administration, providing valuable exposure to key customers.

The successful candidate will be an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is not afraid to take initiative, and is solutions-focused.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate customer submissions, product displays, and account administration with a focus on accuracy.
  • Assist with customer meetings, product submissions, range reviews, and trade events.
  • Support the planning and execution of customer events and displays.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Product Management, Design, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain.
