Responsibilities
  • Process and research invoices, returns, and credits
  • Maintain debtor records and analyze collections
  • Update and summarize receivables
  • Assist collections, customers, and sales/marketing with invoice or shipping verification requests
  • Ensure compliance with customer portal requirements
  • Act as backup for Accounts Payable

Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales to maintain accounts receivable
  • Perform telephone collections, aiming for first call resolution
  • Manage aged trial balance and ensure accurate billing
  • Issue invoices periodically and communicate with customers
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes
  • Maintain accurate records and process payments
  • Support Accounts Payable when needed
  • Adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service
Safety
  • Promote compliance with EHS systems and legislation
  • Support incident reporting
Competencies
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, handling >500 accounts
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, data entry, and SAP
  • Organized, flexible, and trustworthy
