Food and Beverage Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking food and beverage orders from guests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area
  • Memorizing menu items and offering personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Providing attentive and responsive service to meet the evolving needs of our guests
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months of experience working in a similar position
  • Hold an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • Have a friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Reliability and a sense of urgency to ensure seamless service delivery
