Key Leadership Role in Digital Transformation

Job Description

This is a critical leadership position that plays a pivotal role in delivering transformational IT systems for the Aged Care Reform program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering person-centred IT systems, products, and services that improve the aged care digital experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of IT systems and services that meet the needs of older Australians and aged care providers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for the Aged Care Transformation Program.
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Level 2 professional.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver person-centred IT systems.
