Job Description

Ramp and Baggage Handlers are required to work in a dynamic environment ensuring the efficient processing of aircraft on ramps. The role involves coordinating logistics, allocating resources and managing staff rotations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determining and obtaining aircraft resources according to airlines' Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Actioning sick calls and personal leave notifications in a timely manner.
  • Allocating available shifts fairly and transparently while adhering to operational requirements.
  • Preparing accurate worksheets for supervisors to utilize during shifts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Well-developed customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Service Level Agreements and business operations.
  • Sound knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
