This dynamic Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services division seeks an enthusiastic Fleet Planning Lead to join a key program.

As Fleet Planning Lead, you will ensure optimal fleet availability through effective planning of aircraft maintenance and modification programs.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to develop short- and long-range plans, requiring a critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving in a complex environment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic and tactical aircraft maintenance and upgrade fleet plans.
  • Conducting fleet planning modelling and analysis to optimise resource constraints.
  • Analysing maintenance program data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

You will also prepare reports and presentations to communicate Fleet plans and performance to senior management and customer stakeholders.

To succeed, you need:

  • Previous experience in aircraft maintenance scheduling or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning software and tools.
  • An analytical mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
