Early Childhood Education Leadership Role

This leadership position focuses on driving quality outcomes for children and contributing to the overall success of a high-performing centre.

The role involves leading and managing a team of educators, delivering a bespoke learning program and building a talented team of early learning professionals.

  • Program Development: Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
  • Team Management: Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
  • Centre Growth: Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.
About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader in the Early Childhood sector, ready to inspire and make their mark in a brand-new centre.

This is a full-time leadership position, working within the centre's operating hours of 6am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.

  • Lead an 80-place centre with a strong commitment to quality and community.
  • Join our newest purpose-built centre on the corner of two streets in Centenary Heights.
  • Work with state-of-the-art facilities and thoughtfully designed learning environments, from nursery through to kindergarten.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading and managing change within education or a related field.

They will also have proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
