Key Responsibilities:

Leading a Classroom:

As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a classroom of children. This involves collaborating with your peers to develop and implement educational programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Leadership Skills:

You will need passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program. Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families is essential.
