Director Leadership Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our Teachers and Educators, building strong relationships with children, families, and communities.

  • Deliver a bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
  • Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and contributing to reflective practice and ongoing improvement
  • Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, maintaining a revenue-generating business

Lead an 80-place centre with a strong commitment to quality and community. The centre features state-of-the-art facilities and thoughtfully designed learning environments.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services
  • Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
