We are seeking a qualified Educator to join our team at Goodstart Albury, Banff Avenue. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to make a difference in the lives of young children.

Job Description
This role involves working closely with our experienced team of educators to develop and implement engaging and individualized learning programs for children aged 0-5 years. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing daily lesson plans that meet the needs of each child
- Assessing children's learning and development, and reporting to parents as required
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our center's goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification. You will also need to have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Additionally, you will need to hold a current Working with Children Check.

Location
