Leadership Director for Early Learning Centre

As the Leadership Director of our Albury-Pemberton Street centre, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Centre Director in leading the team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
We offer an attractive remuneration package, including a competitive salary of $37 per hour plus superannuation. You'll also enjoy up to 50% discount on your childcare gap fees, paid professional development opportunities, and two wellbeing days included in your personal leave each year.
In this key leadership position, you'll use your experience in early learning to mentor and build capabilities within our centre team. You'll be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence and will work closely with our leadership team to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of centre operation.
