About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Precinct Services Officer. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to provide administrative support to our staff, students, and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • First Point of Contact: Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our college.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of internal and external publications, including reports, newsletters, and other materials.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of college events, functions, and activities.
  • Stationery Management: Manage the ordering and maintenance of stationery and supplies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including electronic filing and scanning of documents.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the administration area is tidy and professional, including the foyer and surrounding areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide administrative support to staff and students, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Emergency Procedures: Fulfill the role of Primary First Aid Officer, including managing the sickbay, first aid kits, and emergency procedures.
  • Student Health: Maintain student health information displays, medical action plans, and administer medication as per college policy.
  • Visitor Management: Manage the visitor attendance register, ensuring compliance with family access, court orders, and duty of care obligations.
