As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Lead by Example**: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, high energy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • **Operational Excellence**: Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and develop talented individuals who will become future leaders within the business.
  • **Customer Focus**: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, with a focus on providing personalized service and exceeding expectations.
  • **Business Growth**: Contribute to the growth and success of Alma Nove by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fine dining or hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of profit measures, cost management, and sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and public holidays.
