Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset & Planned Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at BGIS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our assets by effectively managing maintenance schedules and coordinating planned maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate asset maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize downtime.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate planned maintenance activities and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to asset management and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of maintenance strategies to improve asset performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization, driving efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on maintenance coordination and scheduling.
  • Strong administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monday to Friday availability, with the flexibility to work one day from home, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
