Key Responsibilities- Asset Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate asset maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize downtime.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate planned maintenance activities and ensure seamless communication.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to asset management and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Assist in the implementation of maintenance strategies to improve asset performance and identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on maintenance coordination and scheduling.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
