Key Responsibilities- Asset Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate asset maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate planned maintenance activities, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to asset management and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintenance Strategy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of maintenance strategies to improve asset performance, reducing downtime and increasing overall efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on maintenance coordination and asset management.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to external partners.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Availability: Monday to Friday availability, with the flexibility to work one day from home, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
