National Retail Operations Director

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will drive retail performance, lead regional and store teams, and shape the customer experience at a national level.
As a National Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all retail operations across the national store network to deliver strong commercial results. You will drive performance through effective leadership, setting clear expectations, and holding teams accountable.
You will collaborate with State and Regional Managers to maintain high standards in visual merchandising, customer experience, and operational excellence. You will monitor KPIs and sales performance across all stores, identifying opportunities for improvement.
You will oversee new store openings, ensuring seamless execution and successful launches. You will coach, develop, and mentor regional and store teams, fostering a high-performance, team-first culture.
You will regularly visit stores nationwide to provide on-the-ground support and engage with teams. You will oversee rostering, productivity, and other cost controls to ensure operational efficiency.
