National Retail Manager
to lead and support our store network across Australia. In this pivotal role, you'll drive retail performance, lead regional and store teams, and shape the customer experience at a national level.
We're seeking a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving retail environment and will help shape HARLI + HARPA's future — leading by example, building high-performing teams, and making a genuine impact as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all retail operations across the national store network to deliver strong commercial results.
Drive performance through effective leadership, setting clear expectations, and holding teams accountable.
Collaborate with State and Regional Managers to maintain high standards in visual merchandising, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Monitor KPIs and sales performance across all stores, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Oversee new store openings, ensuring seamless execution and successful launches.
Coach, develop, and mentor regional and store teams, fostering a high-performance, team-first culture.
Regularly visit stores nationwide to provide on-the-ground support and engage with teams.
Oversee rostering, productivity, and other cost controls to ensure operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in a multi-site retail management role (e.g., Regional, State, or National level).
Proven track record of driving retail sales, team engagement, and operational efficiency.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs, budgeting, and reporting.
Experience leading through growth and change, including new store rollouts or major retail transformations.
Solid knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail operations best practice.
Willingness to travel nationally as required.
