About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual sales and wage forecasts to align with company objectives.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Safeguard expenses within agreed budget levels, working closely with finance to deliver accurate forecasting controls.
  • Maintain and optimize the retail store incentive program to boost employee motivation.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A strong background in retail operations with commercial acumen.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Able to interpret financial information, communicate findings effectively, and drive decision-making.
  • Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple projects.
