Job Title: Construction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Hope Construction LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of project construction plans, ensuring that design, technical, and quality standards are met safely within allocated time and budget parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and monitor progress of construction plans in respect of time, cost, and quality.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Management: Promote and ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management systems are implemented and adhered to.
  • Contractor Management: Review and appraise contractors/sub-contractors plans and schedules, and identify contract variations.
  • Tender Preparation and Review: Participate in tender preparation and review.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report on all facets of project performance as directed and required.
  • Team Development: Develop individual and team competence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Substantial experience working in the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget.
  • Skills: Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite and Project Pro.
