Job Title: IT CoordinatorThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a Microsoft 365 environment with global reach and broad responsibility.As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the development and success of the Microsoft Modern Workplace, including Microsoft 365 platform and content champion, management of global IT services and vendors, and interface to the business.The ideal candidate will be working alongside like-minded professionals passionate about sustainability investment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership and delivery of IT cloud and infrastructure related projects, supporting operational and strategic initiatives
  • Operational oversight of IT infrastructure, including MS365, network, SaaS apps, communications, IT procurement, endpoint management, system backup and disaster recovery across all global office locations
  • Champion collaboration and business process automation through thought leadership across the business, and develop solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Teams and Power platforms
  • Manage multiple projects, business-as-usual and ad-hoc activities to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree or qualifications and/or 3 or more years previous experience as below, Microsoft 365 certifications desirable
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace tools, including SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform
  • Demonstrated experience of service delivery to a multi-site global organisation
  • Proven track record of championing a culture of continuous improvement, implementing change and effective project management
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, internally, externally and cross-culturally
  • Hands on technical knowledge to satisfy basic network and system administration requirements and on site response to issues
  • A demonstrated interest in/knowledge of sustainability
