Program Manager

AWS owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. This includes supporting data centers and servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure customers have continual access to innovation.

You'll join a diverse team of engineers, specialists, and other vital roles. Collaboration with people across AWS will help deliver safety and security standards while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers.

The Critical Projects Implementation (CPI) team constructs and optimizes Amazon Data Centers, managing construction activity within operational data center spaces. This involves critical infrastructure improvement projects to optimize space, power, and cooling utilization within operating data centers globally.

This role supports critical Project Managers across APAC to understand and resolve process-related problems with simple solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a centralized dashboard to support project progress tracking, including cash flow and EVM.
  • Provide various systems and administration support.
  • Liaise with regional counterparts to drive global alignment.
  • Work with PMs to ensure data integrity when entering into relevant platforms.
  • Identify gaps and create system SOPs to drive efficiencies and reduce efforts.
  • Develop audit and compliance mechanisms to ensure data integrity.
  • Gather data across clusters to support reporting, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management.
  • Create and deliver training programs on key knowledge and tools.

This role requires using data and anecdotes to drive internal customers to manage risks and apply your knowledge and experience to identify and develop dashboard reporting.

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong technical skills, including proficiency in dashboard development, data analysis, and project management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
