Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Site Reliability Engineer Graduate. This role will involve building and maintaining global infrastructure for multi-media transport, storage, and process to serve billions of users worldwide.

The successful candidate will engage in global production system management, including monitoring, on-call emergency response, capacity planning, and optimization. They will also be responsible for building tools, automations, observability, and monitoring to facilitate the operation and optimization of the global infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop global infrastructure for multi-media transport, storage, and process to meet the needs of billions of users worldwide.
  • Manage global production systems, including monitoring, emergency response, capacity planning, and optimization.
  • Develop tools, automations, observability, and monitoring to improve the operation and optimization of the global infrastructure.
  • Engage in the entire service lifecycle, from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement.
  • Scale up systems sustainably using automation and implement changes that improve system reliability and processing speed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recent graduate or have graduated within the last 12 months with a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Good programming experience with at least one of the following languages: C, C++, Java, Python, or Go.
  • Knowledge of networking, operating systems, database systems, and container technology.
  • Understanding of microservice architecture and troubleshooting in large-scale distributed systems.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Hands-on experience with common open-source systems such as Linux, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and ELK.
  • Experience in building solutions with AWS, Google, Azure, and other cloud services.
  • Ability to work effectively in international teams and across time zones (US, Dublin, China, Singapore).
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and strong teamwork skills.
