Parking and Road Safety Team Lead

This full-time permanent role provides high-quality leadership, administration, customer service and technical support across the parking team. The successful candidate will guide, coach, train and motivate officers to achieve team objectives.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction through data analysis, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with parking laws, evidence collection, note-taking, conflict resolution and court procedures. Additionally, the candidate will analyse team performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
About This Role- Lead a team of parking officers, providing coaching, development plans and performance feedback.
- Provide strategic direction using data analysis and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with parking laws, evidence collection, note-taking, conflict resolution and court procedures.

- A current Australian driver's license.
